Recently, in order to enhance communication and collaboration skills among employees and allow colleagues who have been working hard for a long time to relax, AG Company organized a unique team-building activity - a three-day and two-night cultural exploration trip to the beautiful Guangxi. This event not only covered the picturesque Beihai Silver Beach, the mysterious and charming Weizhou Island, but also the ancient city of Nanning full of historical charm, leaving an unforgettable memory for all the participants.
The first stop is Beihai City, which is known as the "Oriental Hawaii". Here, there are golden beaches stretching for dozens of kilometers and crystal-clear waters, making it an ideal place to enjoy the sunshine and beaches. Colleagues from AG Company were having a great time here, deepening their understanding and trust through a series of carefully designed games. In the evening, everyone sat around the seaside, sharing their own stories and feeling the power of the team in the gentle sea breeze.
The next morning, the group took a speedboat to Weizhou Island, which is located in the center of the Beibu Gulf. As one of the youngest volcanic islands in China, Weizhou Island not only boasts unique and spectacular volcanic landforms but also retains many original ecological landscapes. During the tour, everyone was attracted by the unique natural scenery of the island and took out their mobile phones to record this rare and beautiful moment. In addition, by visiting the lifestyle of local fishermen and savoring authentic seafood feasts, the participants also gained a deeper understanding of this island.
The last stop was the historic city of Nanning. In this city, colleagues from AG Company visited the Guangxi Museum and learned about the rich and diverse local culture. Strolling through the Qingxiu Mountain Scenic Area, I was able to enjoy the evergreen tropical botanical garden scenery throughout the four seasons. At night, we tasted all kinds of local snacks on Zhongshan Road Food Street and experienced the true "Nanning on the tip of the Tongue".
This trip not only allowed the employees of AG Company to temporarily escape from the busy working environment and relax their minds and bodies, but more importantly, it promoted emotional communication among colleagues and enhanced team cohesion.
